ABOUT NEAL

NEAL is a partnership of North Eastern Constructors Limited (NECL) and Apply Leirvik. WorleyParsons awarded NEAL the EPC contract for the Hebron Living Quarters (LQ) Module.  The Living Quarters is a key component of ExxonMobil's Hebron Project and, when complete, will accommodate 220 people and weigh approximately 3000 tonnes.  In 2006, NECL worked with Apply Leirvik's subsidiary Apply Emtunga in Bull Arm to fabricate the Terra Nova Additional Living Quarters (ALQ)..

Apply Leirvik is a leading Norwegian EPC Contractor of major offshore Living Quarters projects. Since 1973, Apply Leirvik has specialized in building, assembling and installing accommodation and utility modules for offshore installations.
